Advancing Wellness Through Plant-Based Science and Education
CPHA integrates botanical research, nutrition science, and community education to support holistic wellness.
Rooted in Tradition, Growing Toward the Future
Founded in 1982 in Enugu by Dr. (Mrs.) Flora Ilonzo, the Centre for Psychic and Healing Administration has been a pioneer in phytomedicine, nutrition, and botanical education for over four decades. What began as a vision to bridge traditional knowledge with modern science has grown into Nigeria's leading hub for natural wellness.
Expanded in 1997 with our headquarters in Enugu and a branch in Awka, Anambra State, CPHA's outreach now spans across Nigeria. We believe deeply in the principle "Your food is your medicine." This philosophy guides everything we do, from our teaching gardens to our community workshops.
Through strategic partnerships and public education initiatives, CPHA advances plant-based health education and research. Our outreach includes digital platforms, a curated botanical teaching garden with over 375 documented plant species, and Ka Oha Malu, a radio program on the Anambra State Broadcasting Service that explores plants, their chemical composition, and evidence-informed medicinal value.
